Second smile card

I have a second die cut smile card to share this time I stamped and gold embossed the card. I loved that look so much that I just wanted a simple die on it. I really liked how my smile die cut from my previous rainbow card looked on it but felt that it needed to be popped up. So I die cut 3 times the smile die out of white and adhered them one on top of the other finishing off with the inked cut out on top. I added a few small circles from my circle hole punch that I cut from a scrap of paper that I had heat embossed from the same gold embossing powder I used for the florals on the card.

I really like how it turned out.

Smile inlaid die cut card

I have created this smile inlaid die cut card to share. I first rainbow ink blended the card front before die cutting the Pink Fresh Studio smile die out of it. I then die cut the same die out of a scrap of shiny paper that I then inlaid into the die cut out of the rainbow front. I only had to keep the one tiny piece from the center of the e to finish off the card.

Rainbow love

Joining in the Pink Fresh Studio Stamps monthly challenge I had some fun playing with color to create this rainbow layout. The rainbow, butterfly and flowers are all cut files from Pink Fresh Studio.
I used distress inks to ink up the rainbow and then used a silver Wink of Stella pen to add some beautiful sparkle to the rainbow. The clouds also have a clear Wink of Stella edge to them. It was hard to photograph the beautiful sparkle but in person it is very noticeable.

It’s ok it’s a nice shark!

Under water cards are such fun to make. I am experimenting with different ways to use stencils to create the rays of sun breaking through the water. And what under water scene is complete without a cute shark.

Little Ray of Sunshine

I had a chance to have some card making fun and I chose to have some under water fun.
I used some distress inks to create my back ground. I also used my Heffy Doodle stamps to create the cute little sting ray and the sea bed below.
